How to Get Started

Getting started with Ezidebit is as simple as filling out our enquiry form and one of our professional consultants will be in touch within 3 working days.

They will discuss your payment processing needs, and offer a solution which will best fit your business.

You’ll then fill out our application form and return it to us together with certified copies of:

  • The Certificate of Business Name Registration or Certificate of Incorporation.
  • A bank statement or deposit slip.
  • A driver's licence.

  • Full training on how to incorporate direct debit into your business.
  • Access to Ezidebit Online to manage your account.

How To Sign Up Your Customers To Direct Debit
  1. Your customer completes either a paper or online direct debit form (which we provide).
  2. Payments begin on the start date at the selected frequency.
  3. Once cleared, payments are transferred to you daily along with a transaction report.
  4. You can continuemanage customer payments via Ezidebit Online.
